Our truck “Haggard” was custom built by Mike Dunlavey himself! Offering vintage charm, The Watering Hole provides cocktails, beer, and banter to any event with certified and friendly bartenders. Our fully functional bar on wheels is sure to be the talk of any celebration. We offer a customized menu catered to YOU. Have a certain vision for your special day? Need just bartenders for your event? Our fully trained and certified staff is here to make your day memorable. We are here to help!
We happily partner with local distributors for your wine, liquor, and craft beer needs as we do not provide alcohol for our events.
Pricing
Keep in mind, our mobile bar is not just a show up and go! It takes hours of prep, set up and tear down to make your event perfect. We take extra care in maintenance and cleaning to be sure Haggard is looking his best at every event, about an 8-12 hour process from start to finish.
Services require a 3 hour minimum
All bar packages include the use of our 4 taps capable of connecting to sixth, quarter or half barrel kegs of beer, cider and even wine! This does not include the price of alcohol.
Packages are priced for 3 hours and additional hours are available. Premium ingredients for cocktail subject to an additional fee.

We provide our clients with a calculated & detailed shopping list of what to purchase upon request.
Depending on distributors, we also offer pick up and drop off of kegs.
BARTENDERS
Need just the bartenders for your event? No problem. Our fully trained & licensed staff is here to help! Starting at $120 an hour, two Watering Hole bartenders will come to your event and cater to all your bartending needs. We will supply all of our own tools needed such as jiggers, shakers & mixing glasses. We can even bring our own glassware! Check out our glassware rental page.

Pop up bar
Don’t have space for the truck at your wedding? No problem! We offer a pop up bar built for any occasion. Built with four taps, the pop up bar can be assembled in just a few minutes, inside your venue or outside in the sunshine!
Pricing for the pop up bar begins at $175 an hour and includes all goodies listed below!

The Watering Hole has the glassware you need for your next event. Take a look through our selection to find the right glassware that will fit your theme. From rustic mason jars to elegant wine glasses, we are here to ensure your vision comes to life. Don’t worry about having to clean, polish & collect the glassware at the end of the night. Your Watering Hole bartenders will do their best to ensure that all glassware is returned back to the truck by doing sweeps throughout the venue during your event. Take a look below at our selection!

The fine print: The Watering Hole requires a $50 security check prior to each event if glassware is rented. The security check will not be cashed unless outstanding damages occur, such as broken, stolen or unreturned glassware. TWH will notify the renting party, in writing 5 days prior, the purpose for cashing the check along with substantial evidence of damages. The renting party is responsible for ensuring their guests properly use the rented glassware.

Due to strict state licensing requirements, we do not sell or purchase alcohol for our clients. However, we handle the rest! We are happy to work with you or your caterer to provide all the amenities you need for your event.
YOUR MENU
The Watering Hole is able to service just about ANY drink you can think of! Let’s decide on beer, wine, or mixed drinks you would like served! The uniqueness of our bar is that it is fully operational with our tap system AND soda gun system. That just means your drink mixes are FRESH and have that perfect fountain taste. We work together to compile the perfect menu to satisfy your number of guests.
THE PARTY STARTS!
At The Watering Hole we understand that the day of your event will be a busy one! We arrive early to set up and stock the bar with everything you need or have purchased as well as tear down and clean up after everything is said and done. Additionally our bar can be used as a coffee, dessert, or candy bar! The possibilities are endless!
